Cranberry Fig Relish
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Cranberries (3 c.)
- 1 c. Finely minced dry figs
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Maple syrup
Directions
- In heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 50 min or possibly till thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; let cold.
