    THESE TARTS HAVE A RICH CRAB FILLING

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
    • 3 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 POUND CRABMEAT
    • 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
    • 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
    • 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED CELERY
    • 2 SMALL SCALLIONS, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 1/2 CUP GRATED SWISS CHEESE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SEASONED SALT
    • DASH OF TABASCO

    Directions

    1. CREAM BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE.
    2. STIR IN FLOUR AND SALT
    3. ROLL INTO 24 SMALL BALLS AND CHILL 1 HOUR
    4. PRESS INTO TINY MUFFIN TINS, ABOUT 1 3/4 INCHES IN DIAMETER
    5. MIX CRAB WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
    6. SPOON INTO UNBAKED SHELLS AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES
    7. UNTIL GOLDEN, APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES.
