  • Crab Roll Ups

    Ingredients

    • 4 ounce Cream cheese, Softened
    • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp Prepared horseradish
    • 1/2 x Avocado, pitted, peeled and minced
    • 6 x 8-inch flour tortillas
    • 8 ounce Flaked imitation crab meat
    • 3/4 c. Minced red bell pepper
    • 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
    • 2 1/4 can Sliced ripe olives, liquid removed

    Directions

    1. 1. In food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and avocado; process on high speed till well mixed.
    2. 2. Spread cream cheese mix proportionately over tortillas. Top each tortilla with crabmeat, bell pepper, onions and olives. Roll up each tortilla; wrap securely in plastic wrap. Chill at least 15 min or possibly overnight.
    3. 3. To serve, slice rolls diagonally into 3/4-inch thick slices.
    4. 36 appetizers.
