Country Sausage And Rice
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork sausage -- bulk
- 1/2 c. Pepper, green -- minced
- 1/2 c. Rice, regular -- long-grain
- 1 Tbsp. Scallions -- minced
- 3/4 c. Celery -- minced
- 13 3/4 ounce Chicken broth -- (College Inn)
Directions
- In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir sausage till browned; drain well. Stir in rice, celery, green pepper, scallions and chicken broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 45 min, stirring occasionally, till liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
