Country Ham Steak With Glazed Apples
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 c. apples cored, sliced
- 1 lb ham steak
Directions
- In 10 inch skillet, heat butter till sizzling. Stir in brown sugar and mustard. Add in apples. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally till apples are crisply tender (5 to 7 min). Place ham steak in same skillet, arranging apples on ham steak. Cover; continue cooking till ham steak is heated through (5 to 7 min).
