  • Country Grilled Chicken And Onions

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 c. country Dijon mustard
    • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
    • 2 x onions, cut into thick rings
    • 1 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
    • 1 pkt (about 2 pounds) PERDUE(r) FIT 'N EASY(r) Fresh Skinless Chicken Thighs Cooking Instructions

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill* or possibly broiler. In small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary till blended.
    2. In medium bowl, combine onions, 2 Tbsp. mustard mix and oil and toss till proportionately coated.
    3. Grill* or possibly broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with mustard mix, 20 min or possibly till meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 180F.
    4. Note: Don't brush during the last 5 min of grilling.
    5. Grill onions in grill* wok or possibly on grill screen, stirring occasionally, till tender.
    6. Serve chicken with onion rings.
    7. Ready In: 30 min
    8. Servings: Makes 3 servings.
