Country Grilled Chicken And Onions
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. country Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 2 x onions, cut into thick rings
- 1 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 pkt (about 2 pounds) PERDUE(r) FIT 'N EASY(r) Fresh Skinless Chicken Thighs Cooking Instructions
Directions
- Preheat grill* or possibly broiler. In small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary till blended.
- In medium bowl, combine onions, 2 Tbsp. mustard mix and oil and toss till proportionately coated.
- Grill* or possibly broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with mustard mix, 20 min or possibly till meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 180F.
- Note: Don't brush during the last 5 min of grilling.
- Grill onions in grill* wok or possibly on grill screen, stirring occasionally, till tender.
- Serve chicken with onion rings.
- Ready In: 30 min
