Cottage Cheese Sun Dried Tomato Dip
Ingredients
- 2 c. Cream-style cottge cheese
- 1 x Green onion, cut 4 pcs
- 1/4 c. Green pepper, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Oil-pk tomatoes, chop fine
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, or possibly
- 2 tsp Dry basil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Cracked pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape sides. Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares or possibly other fresh veggies.
