    • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
    • 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
    • 1 x Egg
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter
    • 2 Tbsp. Honey
    • 2 ounce Hot water
    • 1 lb LOAF-----
    • 1 tsp Active dry yeast
    • 1/4 c. Whole-wheat flour
    • 1 3/4 c. Bread flour
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Sugar
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
    • 6 Tbsp. Cottage cheese
    • 1 x Egg
    • 1 Tbsp. Butter
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
    • 1 1/2 ounce Lowfat milk -- warmed NOTE: For Panasonic/National _machines -- use 3 ts. of _yeast for the 1 1/2 lb Loaf
