Corned Beef Cabbage Bake
Prep: 20 min Cook: 25 min Servings: 8by peace13 recipes>Modified from a recipe in the Taste of Home magazine. I'm someone who DOES NOT like cabbage, and I found it hard not to eat the whole pan on my own. Ingredients
- 1/4 c Butter, cubed
- 4 c Cabbage, chopped
- Md Onion, chopped
- 12 oz can Deli Corned Beef, chopped (or 12 oz Corned Beef)
- 8 oz Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 c Thousand Island Salad Dressing
- 2 tubes Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
Directions
- In a lg skillet, melt Butter
- Stir in the Cabbage and Onion, cover and cook over md heat 8-10 min, or until Cabbage is crisp tender, stirring occasionally. Set aside
- While Cabbage is cooking, combine Corned Beef, Swiss, and Dressing
- Separate biscuits and place 10 biscuits into 2 ungreased 9" round pans, and press biscuits to cover bottom and up half the sides
- Layer Cabbage mix over biscuits
- Pour Beef mix over Cabbage
- Bake, uncovered, at 350*F for 20-25 min or until heated through and biscuits are golden brown.
- Cut into wedges
