Corn Flake Cookies (Stove Top Peanut Butter Crisps)
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter, creamy
- 1/2 c. corn syrup, light
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1 c. coconut shredded
Directions
- In a large heavy saucepan, over low heat,combine the sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup. Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly till the sugar dissolves. Add in the cornflakes and coconut. Turn the heat to low. Drop tablespoonfuls of the mix onto wax paper and let cold.
- Makes about 40.
