    • 11 1/4 lb CORN BREAD MIX YELLOW

    Directions

    1. PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 425 F. OVEN
    2. 1. PREPARE MIX ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS ON CONTAINER.
    3. 2. POUR ABOUT 1 GAL (10 LB) BATTER INTO EACH WELL- GREASED PAN.
    4. 3. BAKE 20 TO 25 Min Or possibly Till DONE.
    5. 4. Cold; CUT 6 BY 9.* ALL NOTES ARE PER 100 PORTIONS.
    6. NOTE:
    7. 1. CORN BREAD MIX IS A SLIGHTLY SWEETENED PRODUCT. IN STEP 1, 15 Ounce (2 C.) GRANULATED SUGAR MAY BE ADDED TO MIX IF A SWEETER PRODUCT IS DESIRED.
    8. NOTE:
    9. 2. IN STEP 4, IN CONVECTION OVEN IS USED, BAKE AT 375 F. 20 Min Or possibly Till DONE ON LOW FAN WITH OPEN VENT.
