  • Cold Macaroni And Tuna Salad

    Ingredients

    • 3 x Large eggs
    • 3 c. macaroni
    • 1/2 x (10 oz) package frzn green peas
    • 2 x (6 oz) cans tuna, liquid removed
    • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp black pepper

    Directions

    1. 1 Place Large eggs in a saucepan and cover with cool water. Over medium heat, bring water to a full boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 to 15 min. Immediately plunge Large eggs into cool water.
    2. 2 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add in macaroni pasta and cook for 8 to 10 min or possibly till al dente; drain and rinse under cool water.
    3. 3 Put frzn peas into a colander and rinse with warm water; drain well. In a large bowl place the macaroni and peas. Peel Large eggs and dice them into the bowl.
    4. Put the tuna in the bowl, flaking it apart.
    5. 4 Stir mayonnaise into the mix a little at a time, so the mix is moist but not soggy. Sprinkle the salt and pepper and mix one last time. Cover and chill for a least one hour or possibly overnight.
    6. Makes 4 servings
