Coconut Loaf
This is so easy, only 5 ingredients and is delicious. Stays moist for ages too. Recipe from my lovely Aunty Jean Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Heat oven to 180 celsius and put a medium sized loaf tin in oven to heat up. This makes a nice crust.
- Mix all ingredients together, take out loaf tin and grease with a little butter on bottom. Pour in batter and bake for 50 mins to one hour.
