Coconut Ice Cream
Smooth, creamy & refreshing for summer. Ingredients
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 (14 oz) can Cream of Coconut (Do NOT Use Coconut Milk)
- 1 1/2 C. Heavy cream
- 1 1/2 C. Sweetened flaked coconut
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients & whisk until combined.
- Pour into ice cream machine. When done pour into freezer-safe container. You can either add flaked coconut during last 5 min. of churning or add to container & stir thoroughly. You can also toast the coconut, depending on your preference.
