    Cocoa-Lemon Hard Cookies

    Those cookies are really easy and quick to make and can be made with ingredients that are in everybody's kitchen.

    Ingredients

    • 175 g soft butter
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • lemon juice
    • 1,5 cup of flour
    • 5 tablespoons of Nutella
    • 2 tablespoon cocoa

    Directions

    1. Mix butter with sugar,add lemon juice, add flour and knead the dough quickly using your hands. (it will be very fragile and not very easy to work). Divide the dough into 2 parts and add Nutella and cocoa one of them.
    2. Roll two pieces out one on the another and roll up, I didn't worry much about braking dough, just model it with hands. Cut it into cookies. Bake in preheated oven (170 C) for about 10-12 minutes. Do not remove cookies from the tray straight after but let them cool a bit and let them harden
