Clam Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 1/2oz) can minced clams, save juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Combine cream cheese and clams. Sir in just enough juice to make a nice consistency for dipping. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve with Chips. (Fritos are great). Makes 1 cup.
