Clam Casserole
Ingredients
- 32 x RITZ crackers
- 2 x Large eggs (beaten)
- 10 ounce Can of cream Mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. Chopped clams w/juice
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix all together and pour into greased 2 quart. casserole. Crumble additional crackers on top. Bake at 300F for 1 hour.
