Cinnamon Ginger Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. 2% yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon Healthy pinch nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray.
- In bowl, combine 1/4 c. brown sugar, margarine, molasses, yogurt and vanilla till well mixed.
- Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir into bowl just till combined.
- Using tsp., form dough into small balls and place on baking sheet. Press flat with fork; sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 min.
