Christmas Wreaths

- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 (10 oz) bag of marshmallows
- 1 tsp. Green Food Coloring
- 6 cups Corn Flakes
- Red Hot Cinnamon candies (cinnamon imperials)
Directions
- 1. Melt margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
- 2. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and syrupy.
- 3. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring.
- 4. Add corn flakes and stir until well coated.
- 5. Spoon about tennis ball size amounts of mixture onto wax paper.
- 6. With buttered fingers, quickly make a hole in center of ball and work outward to form into the shape of a wreath. Continue with each one.
- 7. Garnish with red hot candies (about 5 per wreath). Place them between flakes or in marshmallow mixture so they will not fall of easily.
- 8. Allow to cool on wax paper.
- Enjoy! Makes about 18-20 wreaths.
