Christmas Pudding Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ready made christmas pudding
- 1 ct (400 g) fresh chilled custard
- 1 pt Double cream
Directions
- Heat the pudding in the microwave according to pack instructions. Break down with fork and fold in the cream and the custard.. Mix well and transfer to container which will be ok in the freezer, and freeze for 3 hrs.
- Remove from freezer and mash with a fork , repaet this twice . scoop into balls and serve with mince pies .
