Chocolate Snicker Doodles
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. plus 2 T sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- With electric mixer put together butter with 3/4 cup sugar till thoroughly blended. Add in large eggs and vanilla and beat 2 min or possibly till light and fluffy.Put together flour, cocoa, baking soda combined with butter mix till thoroughly blended.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Put together remaining 2 T sugar with cinnamon. Roll balls in mix on greased baking sheet. Place 2 inches apart. Bake 8 min or possibly till tops look slightly dry.
