Chocolate Popcorn Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 sqr unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 1/2 c. Popped corn, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly butter substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
- Heat chocolate in saucepan. Add in sugar, lowfat milk, water, butter, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Add in flavoring and popped corn. Cold to room temperature. Stir till creamy. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut in squares. Grace
