Chocolate Mousse
A healthier Chocolate Mousse with a hint of mint Ingredients
- 1 package silken or soft tofu
- 3 1/2 oz chocolate, (I used a mix of semi-sweet and a little milk chocolate)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup water
- 1 Tbls Creme De Menthe
- ½ cup sugar
- Whipped Cream
Directions
- In a food processor blend the tofu until soft and creamy. Melt chocolate, cocoa powder, water, and creme de menthe together. Once chocolate is smooth, slowly mix in the sugar. Add chocolate to the food processor, and blend until well combined. Refrigerate until cold. Serve topped with whipped cream. Serves 4
