Chocolate Macaroons
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
- 1/2 c. rolled oats, toasted
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 (12 ounce.) lowfat milk chocolate candy bars, if you like
- 1 c. flaked coconut, toasted
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut, if you like
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except candy bars and 1/2 c. coconut. Blend well. Refrigerate15 min. Form into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till cracked and soft to touch. Put square of candy on top of each cookie; spread to frost. Sprinkle with coconut.
