Chocolate Grand Marnier Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 c. Grand Marnier
- 4 ounce Semisweet chocolate finely minced
Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter. Add in the Grand Marnier. Whisk then bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate pcs till all the chocolate is incorporated. Serve.
- This recipe yields about 2 1/2 c. of sauce.
