Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- 2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon cocoa
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 box powdered sugar
Directions
- 1ST LAYER: Graham crackers in 9"x13" pan.
- 2ND LAYER: Mix together pudding and lowfat milk. Beat 4 min. Add in Cold Whip and put on top of crushed graham crackers.
- 3RD LAYER: Graham crackers.
- 4TH LAYER: Boil 1/4 c. butter, cocoa and lowfat milk. Add in powdered sugar and spread over dessert.
