CHOCOLATE CROCKPOT PUDDING CAKE
This is absolutely amazing – rich, moist, dark chocolate yummyness and a cinch to make. Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 Pkg. Instant chocolate pudding mix {3.9 oz.}
- 2 C sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 C water
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 C nuts - your choice - I like walnuts or pecans (optional)
- Whipped cream or ice cream – optional
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
- Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (if using).
- Pour into a 5-quart slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6-7 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Serve in bowls with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
