Chocolate Cranberry Macaroons
This is a simple recipe that is bound to become a family favorite. Coconut lovers watch out! Ingredients
- 4 ounce package sweetened shredded coconut
- 10 ounce package MINI chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Directions
- With fork fluff up coconut shreds.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Mix in cranberries.
- Stir in condensed milk and mix well.
- Grease cookie sheet well or use parchment paper.
- Scoop in heaping tablespoons onto the cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
