Chocolate Chip Fudge Cake (Bundt)
Ingredients
- Yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (3 ounce)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 5 large eggs
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce) chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
- Greased and lightly floured bundt pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.Mix first 6 ingredients, adding chips last, pour into a well greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove cake from pan and allow to cool in pan for 1 hour before removing.
- Sift powdered sugar on top for frosting.
