Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
Directions
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add in oil, water and vanilla and beat till blended. Fill cupcakes half full.
- Combine and beat well the cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Top each cupcake with heaping Tbsp. of mix. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Keep refrigerated. Makes 18.
