  • CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD

    Ingredients

    • 1 C butter, softened
    • 2 C sugar
    • 4 eggs, well-beaten
    • 6 ripe bananas, mashed
    • 2.5 C flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 bag choc chips

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    3. Add eggs and bananas, mix well.
    4. Sift the rest of the dry ingredients together.
    5. Add to banana mixture but do not overmix.
    6. Add chocolate chips as desired.
    7. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans and bake for 45 min-1 hr. ENJOY!

        Nancy made this, and it was really delicious! I'd rate it 4.5 stars for dessert...but is a little rich for how I normally eat my banana bread...for breakfast. I had it with vanilla ice cream and it was to die for!
