Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
I struggled with saying No to chocolate pudding, But Now I say Yes sometimes. Chia seeds are packed full of fiber, protein and other goodness. Its kind of like tapioca in texture wise. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 3/4 cup of Vanilla Soy Milk or normal milk or unsweetened soymilk.
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- Small spoonful of sugar (1 tsp) Optional.
Directions
- Mix this up in the morning, Stick in the fridge then enjoy it sometime in the evening or the next day.
