Chocolate Butterscotch Squares
Ingredients
- 5 lb (full box) White Cake Mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
Directions
- Place cake mix, eggs, butter and corn syrup in mixing bowl.
- Using paddle, mix on low speed 1-2 min. or until blended. DO NOT OVER MIX. Press dough into prepared 24 x 16 x 1- inch sheet pan.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over dough. Sprinkle coconut, almonds and chips over the top. Press firmly into dough.
- For standard oven bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min. For convection oven bake at 300 for 20 - 25 min. Drizzle with Melted chocolate, if desired. Cool completely before cutting.
