  • Chocolate Brownie Drop Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 6 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
    • 1/2 c. Unsalted butter
    • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
    • 4 lrg Large eggs
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 1/4 c. Flour
    • 3/4 c. White chocolate chips
    • 3/4 c. Dark chocolate chips
    • 1/4 c. Toasted grnd pecans (optional)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place the chocolate and butter in a large metal bowl set over a pan of simmering water. When the chocolate is just melted, remove from the heat. Add in the sugar and mix well. Add in the Large eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add in the flour, chips and pecans, and mix well.
    3. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a well-greased sheet pan. Bake 7 to 10 min, or possibly just till the cookies are set. Let cold on the pan at least 5 min, then remove.
    4. This recipe yields 2 dozen large cookies.
