Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pies
Ingredients
- Light brown sugar
- 3 ounce all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 T cornstarch
- 3 c. corn syrup
- 2 T vanilla
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 8 large eggs
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 4 c. pecans
- 1/2 c. bourbon
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together except chocolate chips and pecans. Divide chocolate chips and pecans into 3 unbaked pie shells. Then pour in the filling and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till hard.
