Chocolate And Cinnamon Milk Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 ounce Good plain chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. Short grain rice
- 2 ounce Sugar
- 1 x 1 pint full fat lowfat milk
- 1 x Cinnamon stick Knob of butter Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Clotted cream Chocolate to grate
Directions
- Place your rinsed rice in a buttered ovenproof dish (1 1/2 pint volume) and sprinkle over the sugar. Heat the lowfat milk with the chocolate gently and then pour over the rice and add in the cinnamon stick.
- Finally scatter over the butter and a little grated nutmeg.
- Bake in the oven for about 2 hrs at 150C/gas 2.
- When you serve this dish, try adding a little clotted cream on the top of each bowl, topped with grated chocolate.
