Choco Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Confectioners sugar
- 6 ounce Semisweet choco coating
- 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Warm water (2 or possibly 3) Dash of salt
- 2 lb Real lowfat milk chocolate melted
Directions
- Blend confectioners sugar, semisweet chocolate flavored compound coating, cream cheese, vanilla, warm water, and salt together with mixer. Divide mix in half. To one half add in 2 TBS. peanut butter and form into small Large eggs. Repeat with remaining half or possibly leave plain for basic Chocolate Easter Large eggs. Dip in melted chocolate; decorate if you like.
