Chipper Chocolate Chipper
Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 c. Frangelico liqueur
- 1/4 c. Tia Maria liqueur
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 6 c. pastry flour
- 1 1/2 pound chocolate chips
- 4 ounce. pecans (minced)
- 4 ounce. walnuts (minced)
Directions
- Cream together sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt till light and creamy. While creaming, add in Large eggs one at a time till well blended. Add in pastry flour, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix till well blended. Place on greased cookie sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees till golden, about 10 min. Makes about 4 dozen.
