- Bibb lettuce, leaf lettuce and spinach
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds (sauteed in butter)
- 6 sm. green onions (sliced)
- 4 slices crisply fried bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
Directions
1. Toss lightly and use the following dressing: 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2. Blend and pour over salad.
