Chinese Style Chicken And Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
- 2 c. coarsely-minced cabbage
- 1 med onion cut in large chunks
- 1 med red bell pepper cut in large chunks
- 1 pkt Kikkoman Oriental Chicken Salad Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 c. frzn mixed oriental vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cool water
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pcs. Place first 8 ingredients in crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
- Stir cornstarch and cool water together; add in with vegetables during the last 30 min.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
