Chinese Ginger Beef
Ingredients
- 1 pkt MAGGI Chinese Ginger Beef Mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp oil
- 500 gm rump steak, thinly sliced
- 2 med carrots, cut into thin strips
- 1 x green pepper, sliced
Directions
- Combine the Chinese Ginger Beef Mix and water. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok or possibly large saucepan.
- Add in the steak and stir-fry over a high heat till almost cooked.
- Add in the carrots, Stir-fry for 1 minute
- Add in the green pepper and sauce mix. Bring to the boil, stirring, then cook for a further 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately with MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles.
