Chinese Fried Rice (Veg)
Chinese Fried Rice:A popular chines dish, can be found at nearly any Chinese restaurant. Ingredients
- 250g rice boiled
- 250g spring onion green part
- 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup broccli
- 1 tsp red crushed chilli
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- 1. Heat oil In frying pan, put chopped garlic, fry until light pink.
- 2. Add red chilli, black pepper & salt, mix well cover & let it cook.
- 3. When cooked. Add vegetables & stir fry for 2 mins.
- 4. Add boiled rice & soya sauce, mix them all.
- 5. Now add spring onion, cover & let it cook for 2-3 mins on steam.
- 6. Serve hot.
