    Chinese Fried Rice:A popular chines dish, can be found at nearly any Chinese restaurant.

    Ingredients

    • 250g rice boiled
    • 250g spring onion green part
    • 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
    • 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
    • 1/2 cup carrot chopped
    • 1/2 cup broccli
    • 1 tsp red crushed chilli
    • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
    • 2 tsp black pepper
    • 2 tbsp soya sauce
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. 1. Heat oil In frying pan, put chopped garlic, fry until light pink.
    2. 2. Add red chilli, black pepper & salt, mix well cover & let it cook.
    3. 3. When cooked. Add vegetables & stir fry for 2 mins.
    4. 4. Add boiled rice & soya sauce, mix them all.
    5. 5. Now add spring onion, cover & let it cook for 2-3 mins on steam.
    6. 6. Serve hot.
