Chinese Crab And Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 x (16 Ounce.) Pkg. Frzn Whole Corn
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Water
- 3 can (10 1/4 Ounce.) Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Gingerroot
- 1/2 lb Fresh Crabmeat
- 1/3 c. Chopped Green Onions
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
Directions
- Position Knife Blade in Processor. Add in Half Of Corn. Process Till Finely Minced. Add in Remaining Corn. Stir Well & Set Aside.
- Combine Cornstarch & Water in A Small Bowl; Stir Well & Set Aside. Combine Chicken Broth & Gingerroot in A Large Saucepan; Bring To A Boil. Add in Corn, Cornstarch Mix, Creabmeat, Green Onions, Pepper & Rice Vinegar. Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat & Simmer Uncovered 3 Minutes.
