Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup, green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 small jalapeno or serano pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 limes (juice)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- kosher salt
Directions
- In a non reactive bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Season with salt
