Chili With Corn Dumplings
Ingredients
- 2 (24 ounce.) cans chili con carne with beans
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- In large skillet, heat chili and water to boiling, stirring occasionally. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package except decrease lowfat milk to 1/2 c. and stir in cheese. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling chili. Cook, uncovered over low heat 10 min. Cover and cook 10 min longer. 6 servings.
