Chili Egg Appetizers
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce diced green chilies
- 8 ounce black olives, minced (opt.)
- 1 pt. cream cottage cheese
- 10 ounce cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Directions
- Heat butter in a 9"x13" pan in oven. In large bowl, place large eggs and beat slightly; add in baking pwdr, flour, salt; stir again. Add in the rest of ingredients (dump can chilies in bowl, do not drain). Pour into the buttered 9"x13" pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Test with knife; when knife comes out clean it's cooked.
