Chickpea Dip

- 19 oz. can of chickpeas – drained
- ½ small red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ jalapeño with seeds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor and give a few good chops.
- Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
