Chicken With Mushrooms And Wine
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. chicken gravy mix
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Saute/fry in butter. Lower heat and cook till almost done, about 8 min. Add in onion, mushrooms, tarragon and thyme and cook till mushrooms are golden brown, about 2 min. Add in wine, broth and gravy mix, stirring well. Add in parsley and serve.
