Chicken With Herb Rice
Ingredients
- 3 lg. chicken breasts, split
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. herb rice
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Grease baking dish and sprinkle rice in bottom. Place chicken over rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken and add in undiluted soup. Then pour lowfat milk over this. Sprinkle with paprika, seal with foil, and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Then bake uncovered for 3/4 to 1 hour or possibly till chicken is browned.
