Ingredients
- Button mushrooms-6
- Olive oil- 1 tsp
- Onion-2 tbsp (chopped )
- Chicken mince-1 cup
- Capsicum-2 tsp ( chopped )
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese-2 tbsp ( grated )
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Remove the stalk of the mushroom and chop it
3. Add oil in a pan
4. Add onion and fry till pink
5. Add chopped mushroom, chicken mince, capsicum , salt and pepper
6. Cook till chicken is done
7. Cool
8. Fill the mushrooms with chicken mixture
9. Sprinkle some cheese on top
10. Keep in the oven for15- 20 minutes
11. Serve hot
